Had the pleasure of meeting Dr Kayci and her staff last week. Our shepherd had an emergency and when our vet couldn't see us Copper Ridge told us to come in immediately. They took excellent care of her and truly appreciate everything they've done for us. Such a caring and friendly office.. We'll be switching to them for future needs.

They were great with my anxious / reactive dog today. Also super kind with my 5 year old daughter. Over all a very welcoming compassionate staff, we look forward to continuing care here for our Rosie 😊

Copper Ridge is an amazing clinic and the staff are all extremely friendly. My husky has a very delicate nature and she can be pretty skittish at times, but she has never had a problem with going to the vet since we switched to Copper Ridge. I also have a reactive pitbull, and they've been great with him as well. I'm able to call ahead and wait in my car until a room is open to avoid him becoming overly stressed, and he hasn't had any bad experiences with them. In fact, the staff have been able to take him to other rooms for testing/blood work, and he has happily followed them and left me behind. Copper Ridge staff also take their time and thoroughly explain everything, which I really appreciate. I've been to other vets in the past who rush through the visit and don't take time to explain anything. They have open communication, and I feel that they really listen to my concerns, and they address any and all questions I have prior to me leaving the office (and they make sure I know to call if any future questions or concerns arise). Also, Copper Ridge is very warm and welcoming, unlike the cold lonely offices I've been in previously. I really can't say enough good things about them, and I love having a vet I can finally feel comfortable taking my pets to ❤️

This office and personnel are amazing and compassionate. We've had to have a couple of our little fur babies put down over the years and they were there for us. Great people!

I have never had a bad experience with this clinic and the amazing staff! The waiting room is always, clean and tidy, as are the rooms and everyone is always super friendly and so helpful!! I am so grateful to have their support and care for our cats!

Fabulous corrective surgery on our cat's eye. Courteous staff, everything was explained clearly, and pricing upfront. This surgery repaired a bad attempt elsewhere. The results were beyond our greatest hopes.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. I called and made our dog an appointment for his shots. When I got there, I was told he needed an exam even though my paperwork says he’s not due until December of this year. They refused to vaccinate him! I asked to speak to the manager and she said it was a misunderstanding. She was exceptionally rude and condescending. If this is how they treat owners, I can only imagine how they treat animals.

Quinn had her first experience today with these awesome people. The staff at Copper Ridge were so friendly and informative. They are so thorough they had even caught a few things her previous vet of 4 years and several visits missed or misinformed us of. So grateful for this experience for Quinn and ourselves. So here comes a hoard of children to follow their sister to a new adventure.

Just moved to area. Our dog pulled a muscle in his leg(repeat injury). Called, got appointment following week. Transferred records from old vet. They just picked up the same treatment as old vet. And offered a different treatment (we’ll see). Very personable and the vet cats behave really well. They even have a dog/cat sides in waiting room.

Took my pooch Miss Shelby to have her nails done. No other place could handle her and she's a laid back dog. PetSmart cut into her quick so she is tentative about anyone touching her nails. They new this and did a wonderful job of getting her into right position and cut them great. I've found the vet I've been looking for. Highly recommend. 5 stars plus!
