One of your agents (An Egyptian man with the family name Abdelrazek) refused to provide a refund although the cancellation was clear and I did not even come to Qatar to use the apartment. This is called stealing and he should be held accountable. I do not recommend this agency at all. STAY AWAY

Not recommended at all. We kept calling about renting a flat and the agent kept saying that he is driving and will call back. Never did ! Dont waste your time with these type of small companies that have no ideea how to sell or what customer service is . Better go to the bigger companies like Al Asmakh or Capstone , Nelson Park.

Agent (ending number 9717) is not interested in showing vacant home. After making multiple attempts, he stopped responding. Would not recommend to reach out to or do business with.

I was trying to reach they mobile number in their add, he answered once and i asked for location he didn't sent, i called several times asking for location, once he text says I'm driving, and never call back, and few hours later i call again and he text me says "I'll call you back" and never call or text!!!
