I am a fist time customer of Avalon and had acrylic nail extensions. Zana was very welcoming, friendly and professional. It was clear she held herself to a very high standard which made me comfortable with having high expectations! She took great care in perfecting each nail and I would thoroughly recommend anyone to her.

I've been a customer of Zana's for a year now after looking for a new waxer while mine was on maternity leave & remained with her. She always makes me feel so very welcome. She takes into account my ongoing health issues & purchased an item to assist with my mobility while undergoing treatment. A lovely thoughtful therapist.

I could not recommend Avalon Beauty enough! While being extremely busy setting up and running my own business, I’ve put any self care and pampering to the side on the back burner, however my experience has reminded me why it’s so important to remember time for yourself. Zana was absolutely fantastic, being around her makes you feel calm and at ease. As mortified as I was, the state of my eyebrows was noticed and Zana gave me a complementary eye brow wax as she appreciated how busy I am, this was beyond great service. I left Avalon feeling extremely calm and relaxed, it feels like a distant memory. I did not want to leave the salon as it was such a fantastic experience. Zana takes her time, and she does everything to make you feel relaxed, you can tell she puts all her effort into putting you first and she definitely goes the extra mile. I already cannot wait for my next appointment, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Avalon to anyone. Deserves more than 5 stars.

I visited Avalon for the first time recently. It was such a relaxing afternoon & Zana is wonderful! Very professional and meticulous in her work but so warm and welcoming. After mentioning gel usually only lasts a few days, Zana spent time & attention prepping my nails before applying BIAB gel and colour. They looked fab & have lasted longer than any other gel nails I've had done in the past. The foot peel was done with just as much care and my feet felt wonderful afterwards. I would highly recommend Zana & am looking forward to going back to get my nails redone & also to try some of the complementary therapies she offers.

I visited Avalon beauty salon for a hot stone back massage and facial! Zana was absolutely brilliant! Both body and facial massage were very relaxing and all the products smelled amazing. A great boost to all my senses! I will definitely visit the salon again.

Zana is absolutely fab! She is so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. She has such a wealth of information on various things, and always has good recommendations for any specific issues/questions that you have. Plus she always listens to my incessant babbling haha. The ambience in the salon also helps make every visit a pleasant experience. Cannot recommend her enough, I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I have visited a number of times for a pregnancy massage and cannot recommend Zana enough. Makes you feel at ease and relaxed for the offset. If your thinking about going I highly recommend.
